When working at floor height, the risk of overloading the neck and back due to poor working postures increases. This applies, for example, if you work with the same type of task for a long time at a time along skirting boards.
Make sure to plan your work as well as possible, so that the tasks vary during the day and you avoid doing the same movements for a long time. In addition, you can reduce the strain on your body by changing your working position at regular intervals. Cold and drafts can also worsen the strain, so make sure you dress well for the floor work.
